Weekly Yoga Classes
Weekly yoga classes are based around a warm-up, sun salutations, some new or deeper learning, followed by a Lunar cool down and svasana. Students are motivated by a musical playlist appropriate to the class practice. Classes are fun, light hearted and meaningful. Take action

Props for Yoga Workshop:
Saturday 25th November 10.15am - 12.15pm
A 2hr workshop where, through our practice, we will learn the purpose of props in yoga, how they benefit our practice, teach us to deepen into a posture and when we should let them go. So often in a yoga class you are given props, choose to use them, or are maybe even a little unsure of why you have them sitting next to you. This workshop will negate any questions and bring to light the purpose of this objects. Spaces are limited, book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
